Keep getting error codes OXC4EB...followed by 4 different number, such as, 8556, 92C3, 9556, etc PLUS HWLM1CC12C each time I try to print or fax something. I have tried to turn the machine off and on. We have unplugged it from the wall and left it off for a few minutes. Any suggestions?

Hi @SofiPat,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error codes you're receiving on your HP OfficeJet 4655 indicate a hardware failure with your printer. The specific error code "OXC4EB" is a common error message that appears when there is an issue with the printer's internal hardware or firmware.
There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot this issue.
- Restart your printer: Power off the printer, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, and wait for a minute. Then plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. Check if the error code persists.
- Check for any jammed paper: Check if there is any paper jammed in your printer's paper tray, or if there is any debris inside the printer that might be causing the problem. Remove any jammed paper and debris that you find.
- Update your printer's firmware: Go to the HP website, search for your printer model, and download the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions provided to install the update.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
