HP Recommended

I have a HP OfficeJet 4655 Printer and have recently been receiving error code 0XB94DA7E6.  Printer then turns off and will not come back on.  I've unplugged it, waited 30 seconds, plugged it back in, but all it does is flash quickly, then remains powered off.  I even bought a new cord, thinking the current one may have a short, but that didn't solve the issue either.Has anyone else experienced this, and can provide some input on how to rectify this problem?  Thank You
