How do I disable the cartridge protection so I can use my printer? Brand new HP63 cartridge.  I'm about to throw it out of the window!!

Hello, 

 

This printer  is shipped with SETUP CARTRIDGES. You may have to first install the SETUP Cartridges. 

Kindly check the printer box for SETUP Cartridges. If you do not find them, then you have to contact Tech Support Team to get one each.  Click the below URL to access the support page.
