Product: HP OfficeJet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Office Jet 5255 All-in-one Printer. I am getting an error message OXB3DBOA2B which temporarily clears when I reset the printer by unplugging and plugging back in but messages returns after a few minutes and printer won't operate. I cannot find anything on the support website which explains this error code. Can anyone help me out please?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are receiving an "OXB3DBOA2B" error on the printer screen.

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

 To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

 

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions
