Printer will not print any Cyan or blues. I have run diagnostics from computer & printer. Pages print yellows, pink/reds and blk, but no blues or cyan. Any suggestions? I've cleaned cartridges, bought new cartridges twice; run clean print heads and still this color won't print.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out. Let me ask you a few questions in order to assist you better.
Did you make any changes to your printer?

Have you tried checking with a different ink cartridge?
Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
Let's try some troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.
I know the steps are lenghty, but it's worth a try to solve the issue.
Try replacing low, empty or defective ink cartridges on the printer.
If you are able to make a color copy from your printer uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.
If you are using a windows PC try uninstalling the full feature printer software from root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties window.
Close Devices and Printers.
Update the full feature printer drivers using this link. Click Here
Also, Clean the ink cartridges
Use an automatic tool to clean the ink cartridges from the printer control panel, then evaluate the results.
