Hello All,
My HP Office Jet 6950 will only scan using the ADF. It will not scan to computer from the glass scanner. I have reinstalled several times, each time it does the test scan fine but once installed it will not Scan to Computer stating no items are detected in the ADF even though there is a document in the glass (wont fit in the ADF). Other erro codes are The connection to the computer has been lost (ADF Works fine so that incorrect). Scan App is currently in use, have closed and does not work. OCR application is not installd on computer - I have reinstalled everything and all software is up to date.
Please help before it gets thrown out of the window.

@Dbuss2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
HP Easy Scan is not yet compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina. I suggest using HP Smart app or Apple Image capture to scan from your MAC. Kindly refer to this document to know how. HP is working with Apple to release an updated version soon.
