Hi everyone I am having trouble getting my OfficeJet 6958 to print in color. I have tried to uninstall the drivers and the HP app and reinstall to not avail. I have also gone through all three phases of the printer head cleaning process on the machine itself. Additionally I have also tried two different sets of brand new ink cartridges only to have the same issue. I have tried printing through both the HP Printing App as well as just windows itself and I am still having the same issue. Please advise as I have tried every proposed solution that I have found on the website without success.

 

*Note the printer settings are also set on color not black and white when trying to print the document.
