I bought new HP 902XL ink cartridges and replaced all three colors - but after replacing them, my printer will only print in black & white. Have tried from a PC, from a Mac, from my phone, and have tried copying but all will only print in black and white.
Referencing this and other support pages (https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6970-all-in-one-printer-series/8289585/model/1...) I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers/firmware, have tried hard resetting the printer, have tried the test page/cleaning pages but all only show black and white. The print settings are Color, and the printer says the ink levels are full for all 3 colors -- and have also confirmed all three are vented properly. I actually returned and re-bought new ink in case I had faulty cartridges but same problem.
Is there anything else I can do?

Hi @cabkbk
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
I understand you are not able to print in color. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing all the necessary troubleshooting steps.
If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have already used 2 sets of color ink cartridges.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
