Hi,

I just replaced all three of my color cartidges today, however when I try printing from my computer or the printer itself I only get black and white, sometimes a couple dots of cyan on the test pages. I've realigned the print heads, cleaned the print heads(using the printer's built-in method and manually using dampened q-tips), ejected and reloaded the cartridges, installed the newest firmware update, and reset settings, but nothing seems to be working.

The only thing that I can think of is that after installing the new cartridges the first time, the printer froze on the cartridge loading screen, so I had to try powering off, which also was frozen, then I had to unplug it manually. It hasn't given me any warning other than the improper powering off after this happened.

Could there be something wrong with the new cartridges? I've cleaned the vents of any possible residue and I also cleaned the ink heads, but the ink doesn't appear to be dried up.
