This is very frustrating. I can see on the message board that many people with the same printer are having the same issue. I have spend hours trying all the fixes as have the other users. This is clearly a bug in the hardware. Can someone please tell me how to fix.

 

The printer will print in color. The only cartridge not working is black. In this process I have now spent over $100 on new cartridges to see if it was the ink. I have also lost hours of time that could have been more productive. I have installed/uninstalled a couple of times. I can print documents in any color but black.

 

As someone posted, I can even grab a screen shot that has black text and it will then print the screen shot in black. Please help!
