HP OfficeJet 7110 not printing A3 size on A3 paper

Hi,

I have a problem with my OfficeJet 7110 printer;

When I go to an program (word in this example) and I select A3 paper size > Create a document > Try to print the document > Click printer properties > Select A3 in the paperformat options > OK

Above the print view it tells me that I have "A3" selected:

But when I open paper format options again, It shows that A4 is selected

If I press print anyways (Because it shows A3 above the print view) it prints an A4 sized-document on an A3 paper

..?

With every option I tried, It keeps printing in the dimensions of an A4 sheet on an A3 paper

Do I have the wrong driver?

Please help.

1. What is your current Operating system, Windows or Mac and which version?

2. How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

3. Is it only when you select A3 size in your Word program?

4. Which version of Word are you using?

5. Are you selecting the borderless option, do you see this option?

Hi, I Have the same Problem

Windows 8.1 64 Bit Spanish

Wireless Printer coneccion

In printer propereties, it shows Letter as the avialebel paper, A3 is loaded in the printer, I do not know if it hace paper sensors that should detect the size or not.

I go to Prefrences - Paper , Paper Size, Change it to A3. Apply, 

When I open prefrenecs again it is back to A3

From a Notehr PC I can print without any problemas

it same to me,
i used windows 8.1
LAN Connection
office 2016 & office 2010 (used excel & word)

when i choose A3 on paper size, It keeps printing in the dimensions of an A4 sheet on an A3 paper,
when i look back on page size, it coming back to A4 😞

it makes me confused.

This solution worked for me :

In print server properties, add a new form called "A3new" (for example) based on A3 format and click on "Save form".
Then this new format will appear bottom on paper format list when printing a document \o/
