Product: Office Jet Pro 6025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this working before with some minor alignment fixes in the Avery template system on their website but now I cannot get the labels to align correctly.  Even when I make an adjustment in alignment that should get the labels positioned correctly, it is not working.  Could this be alignment issue with my printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

It could be. Try these steps: To align the printhead from the printer display a. Load Letter, A4, or Legal unused plain white paper into the input tray. b. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). c. Touch Printer Maintenance , touch Align Printhead, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
