macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have the HP OfficeJet 8600 Plus N911 and whe the yellow print catrtidge depeted,  I installed a new one, purchased from Sams' Club in the sealled packaging with the cyan and magenta cartridges.  The printer came back with an erro telling ne the cartridge was'n compatible with this printer?  The same happend when trying the cyan.  I tried reinserting them, rebooting the printer etc,  Has any on heard of this happening?  These cartridges are the exact same number HP 951XL

 

One more question; concerning sogtware and drivers for this printer.  Afterinstalling IOS 10.14 Mojave, I lost the ability to scan directly using the HP IOS application?   Is there a patch or different software available

This information helps, but I'm still havinve trouble,  The original in cartridges don't have any "Z" designation, but the new cartridge had Zz10.  I took it back to Sam's Club and exchnaged it for a new set.  These have the z10 too.  I am in the middle of the United States.  Before I open this package, can you tell me where I can find the Z code for this region before I open the new package?

Any Idea on how to contact a real person at HP to reset the printer region, to enable me to use cartridges with the z10 code?

Please follow these steps to dispute the warranty due to "Issue with my accessories, supplies and/or software":

Be sure to describe you would need to perform a pen regionalization for your printer to accept Z10 cartridges and that you're located in the US.

 

Once verified you will get a case number with the contact details.

I am told my Office Jet 8600 isn't compatible with the upgrade Mojave and I am still waiting for HP to fix that. Anyone else have this problem?
