Help! MyOfficeJet 8620 printer is showing a cartridge error. And now the printhead is stuck on the right side. I've tried everything to make it move, but it's stuck. I have no idea what happened. It was moving just fine. It started with an error with one of the cartridges. And then this afternoon, 3 of the 4 are giving off errors. This evening, the printhead won't move. I tried to do a factory reset, but the cartridge error won't let me do anything else.

 

Hopefully, someone can help.
