Hello Everyone!

 

I do not know what is going on, one day the printhead start giving the error message, HP OfficeJet 8620 printhead Missing or Not Detected.

 

So I went online and spent around 10 days dealing with this, here's what I have done:

I tried to pull out the printhead, clean it and reinstall it. Doesnt work.

I tried replacing all the ink, even tho I know it may not have any relationship to it. 

I tried to full reset the printer, doesnt work.

I bought a new printhead and it STILL doesnt work.

 

Printhead is expensive (so were the new ink i bought), and I am very bitter that even replacing the said printhead still doesnt save the printer. I have spent so much money and the printer is still not returning to normal.

 

If I can't find a solution I guess I will have to throw away the printer.

 

Can someone with similar experience help?

I know not everyone has an answer to my question here, but does anyone happens to have the email address for HP so I can email them about it before I scrap the printer? I cant find it on their website.

 

This isnt a $39.99 printer and it has performance I appreciated, so i wonder if there's anyone in HP I can speak with.
