Hello,

I have a problem with the error C9C70000. I have tried to restart it, removing the power cable and everything else on the forum but nothing. Still same message. I can't remove the cartriges because the carriage doesn't move to the position where it's possible to remove it.

Please help

To fix this issue, please try, printer reset and update firmware. Look for jams and obstruction inside the printer and try to move the carriage manually.

If issue, persists, try advanced reset on the printer. Follow the steps below. I'm going to send you a private message with the information required to perform the reset. The only reason why we are utilizing the instructions over the private message as these instructions are specific to your printer model.

To check your private message, please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
