Hello,
I have a problem with the error C9C70000. I have tried to restart it, removing the power cable and everything else on the forum but nothing. Still same message. I can't remove the cartridges because the carriage doesn't move to the position where it's possible to remove it. Already saw the short thread where this happened to someone with an HP8710 (from early 2019), but didn't see it resolved there.

Hi @EH1969
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
It seems like the print carriage is stuck. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
