I am unable to print wirelessly from my WIN10 laptop to this printer.  I setup the printer to see my wireless network.  Downloaded the correct driver to the laptop and when I choose the option to connect to a 'Bluetooth, wireless or network" printer a message comes back indicating 'no devices found'.

Hi @DonnyR

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To better assist you - Are you using a dual band router?

While you respond to that, try these steps -

Step 1 Network Restore -

1) From the printer control panel, touch Setup .
2) Touch Network Setup.
3) Touch Restore Network Settings.
4) A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes.

Step 2 Reboot the devices -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer.

2) Wait for 60 seconds.

3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.

4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.

5) Turn on the computer.

Step 3 Run Wireless Wizard -

1) From the printer control panel, touch Setup .
2. Touch Network Setup.
3. Touch Wireless Settings.
4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard .
5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup
