HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer: cartridges were low and I replaced them this morning. Since then all ways I try to print results in a blank page: test page, alignment page, info print from printer, test prints of black and then color cartridges. I can't try realignment because it doesn't print the test page. It sees what's on the glass however.

@MNHoward, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Let us try these steps:
Make sure the protective plastic tapes if any on the new ink cartridges are removed before placing them in the printer.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.
Clean the printhead
-
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
-
Open the Printer Maintenance menu.
-
If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead.
-
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. If necessary, repeat these steps for the third cleaning cycle.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page
-
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
-
Open the Reports or Tools menu.
-
Touch Print Quality Report.
If the issue persists, perform step 9 from Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
