Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Occasionally the touch screen on the menu turns completely white.  Printing is not possible in this mode.  Power cycling brings it back for a while, then it goes all white again.  Tried the recommended power off, hold power button, etc. steps.  No help.  All drivers and software are up to date.  Any advice?

Resetting the printer did the trick.  Pain in the neck to set it up again but sure beats the cost of a total replacement.  Thank you
