Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 won't print black ink.

I have new ink, cleaned heads 5-6 times. I use a syringe and liquid cleaner to clean heads. it prints the colors, but not black. I have tried to update firmware and drivers but get 404 error when clicking on the link. I have tried reaching HP support assistant but it my model dosent come up. We have the HP ink service that mails us ink. please help...!

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Did you replace the Black Instant Ink Cartridge recently?

 

Try downloading the Firmware by clicking on this Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ojp6960/2020c/OJP6960_2020C.dmg

 

Keep me posted how it goes
