OfficeJet Pro 6970
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have been using this printer for 6 months without problem however of late the black ink quality is either poor, intermittent or non-existent. this leads me to perform the print head cleaning cycle, down to level 3, in order to restore the black ink quality. However,  I am lucky if this lasts for a whole day before having to repeat the process which is of course consuming significant amounts of paper, ink and my time to correct. I have followed every step of the HP self-help guides at least three times now but still no permanent improvement. I can see that another member had a similar problem but the reply was sent via private message. Advise to resolve this would be really appreciated, thank you.
