I have been calling the support team and everytime the phone gets hung up on my ear. The first call was able to get a case number and call a center in my country which is able to assist me. The printer gives error code 0x6100004a and I check for paper jam the isn't one. Tried to clean the printe headers nothing happens. Tried to print a test page nothing happens. HP and their stuff are giving me the run around. Can someone please assist me with this problem

So I just noticed something again on the printer,  well when I open the printer to accept the cartridge I noticed that they don't move to the other side where I'm able to access them so I can replace them. It seems that the cartridge carrier is stuck on the right hand side and can't slide to the left. Can someone please assist.  Thank you.

You Are concerned with little things my printer is not working and instead of a solution you give such statements. Please give a solution which works. It seems that you know very well that this printers have faults. How can all majority be having this problem and the tone courage is stuck on the right hand. Please give a service manual of how to fix this will do it myself. Please come with a solution and don't say I should call support cause that's pointless.
