My HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 won’t print using black ink. Instead of printing anything, the printer just spits out blank pages. I had not replaced the cartridge before the printer started having this problem. However, I have replaced the cartridge two times after this problem started, so I know it cannot be a default with the ink. I have tried to clean the printhead multiple times. I also tried to clean them manually to no avail. I tried restarting the printer and did a Factory reset but neither of these things worked. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point. Has any one else successfully solved this problem?

This issue could occur if the cartridges are not vented properly or the printhead may be defective or damaged.
