Product: OfficeJet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OfficeJet Pro 6978 has an issue with paper jam and ink cartridge jam error 0x6100004a.  I have tried every solution provided in Support posts and nothing fixes either the paper jam message or carriage jam.  The carriage is locked on the right side of the printer and cannot be moved.  I assume this is a hardware issue and not worth fixing.  Disappointing that a HP product is so unreliable and poor quality. Will need to purchase a replacement but definitely not an HP product.
