HP OfficeJet Pro 6978

I continue to receive a False Paper Jam Error (‎Ox6100004a) on my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978.

 

I have tried to troubleshoot the issue with all recommendations I could find externally as well as those posted within the HP community boards, but without success.  There is certainly no paper jam, and the printer is too new to call it quits.

 

I've cleaned the brush rolls, tried a factory reset of the printer, taken all the paper out, you name it, I've tried it.  

 

Please help!
