Printer was working fine earlier today, then got a few pages that were streaky, now no black at all when i print a document from my Mac, ipad, or iphone.
It will print black/white or color copies.
I have: reinstalled drivers, done a hard restart on printer, restarted computer, disconnected and reconnected wifi, removed the printer and reinstalled, and checked for updates on printer. HP ink levels are 1/2 or better for all colors.
Unless someone has another suggestion, I am out of ideas.
Please help!

A warm welcome to HP Support Community! I'd like to help.
Could you print a printer status report and let me know if it has black in it. In order to print the report:
1.) From the Home screen, touch (right arrow), and then touch Setup.
2.) Touch Reports, and then touch Printer Status Report.

Thank you for replying to my email. The printer status report shows magenta, cyan, and yellow levels, but nothing for black. However, the printer also shows that the black ink level is 1/2 to 1/3 full. I use the HP Instant Ink program (and have since purchasing the printer), and they have not sent a black replacement, so I assume the black ink level is fine.
