I send documents - certain page numbers - to the printer, but when I check "what's printing" computer states "spooling n/a" and printer not printing.
Ran HP Print & Scan Dr which came up all ticks, ie all ok.
I am not a technie, so please could someone help me in simple terms what to do to print these few pages from a website document.
Thank you very much for any help.

I understand that your printer is not printing, I am glad to assist you.
This seems to be a driver issue, I am glad to assist you.
Uninstall the printer driver from root level, before installing the new driver
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer-related software.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
