My Brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 stopped mid print with C8190202 print error. I reset the printer and I now have a carriage jam that won't clear despite there being no paper stuck in the system tray. Please help.

I see that you are facing carriage jam with HP Officejet 7740 printer.
