Is there a fix for this?

I'm unable to print or download the new firmware via PC or the printer.

Note: To use Web Services and HP Instant Ink on the printer, this update must be downloaded.

I had the same issue, went through all these steps.  Contacted HP Support via Chat and went through some more steps.  The printer is getting replace under warranty.

How can I get this returned under warranty? Purchased Oct 2020 and it stopped working in December 2020 and struggling to get HP customer support to replace a brand new printer that should not just stop working. Thanks!
