Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series and I am encountering event code 71.02.4a .. I have followed the directions elsewhere in these pages to power off (unplug printer) and power on, clean print heads but I still get the error. I updated the firmware  and drivers and error persists. Please help. Thanks
