Printer was not printing blue ink so cleaned print head, aligned print head, replaced print head, immediately upon booting up with the new print head I get the 62.80.A0 error assumed it was defective got another one same thing. However this time I also had the flatbed scanner going ridiculous crazy insane running into its and stops and a blue screen at one point. The main problem is that it doesn't recognize either new print heads. If I put the old one back in it works fine except no blue. And I've spent a couple hours trying to clean the old one and I got some blue but not fully.

Please follow the steps listed below to align and clean printhead.

2. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the
Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
3. Touch Printer Maintenance , select Clean Printhead, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

i have already cleaned the print head so many times i'm surprised i still have ink.

so no

apparently you did not read my comment as it said there was way more than it was just not printing blue.

After printing out 10+ cleaning sheets I replaced the print head and had a print head error. Putting the old printer back in return to being able to print -blue.

I'm not gonna say it was the answer I was expecting but I'm not surprised either. With the quality of the product, the support or corporate policies.

maybe i should be using grammarly because apparently i'm not being understood?

Maybe it's my Indian accent?

I Cleaned the old print had some more and I have blue now but even that gave me a print head error now. I can reboot the system print something and immediately upon printing something else I'll get the print head error.
