HP OfficeJet Pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issues printing Avery 74520 name badges. I would get errors on the page size being the issue, another error message for "incompatible print settings" indicating there are 1 or more conflicting settings, such as two sided printing: flip on short edge and automatic duplexing unit: installed. The printer would take the 4.25*11 avery name badge and would indicate an error message. Nothing would print

I called avery support and they said the issue originates from the Hp printer.

I've tried a combinations of things, setting it to print on letter/ cardstock on the more advance settings to going on word and customizing the page setup to print 4.25*11. Nothing has worked to far 😕

Using letter paper & selecting letter size in the 8610 preferences can you print?

When i print the sample, using the 8*11 size it works as it should exept its not the correct page size.

Wheni tried to print the plain paper on letter i kept getting prompted by the printer to load the paper. I tried printing the 4.24*11. Doesnt seem to work,..

So the avery website has a video on how to print the name badge. Mainly to  go from chrome and print> print using systemdialog>preference>

from there on the paper/quality i was supposed to select media: cardstock.

when i go to the advance settings the page size is on letter, i can't choose one that has the 4.25*11 ( i tied that on the word doc)

I believe i need to change the page size in the advanced printing option to print the name badge. If that makes sense

I am unable to custom the print size based on the link. My print screen looks different. It doesnt offer a "custom" option on the media or the advanced settings.
