Unfortunately, I came in this Monday morning and see that the same message is on my printer. I am very frustrated that the solution that I thought would work apparently does not. I hope that I can get help on this from an HP professional without spending hours. If anyone has any suggestions, please advise. Thank you.

This message is for Jasmat. I don't know if you read my post from Friday the 13th that I tried the reboot and hoped it would work. Unfortunately, I came in this Monday morning and see that the same message is on my printer. I am very frustrated that the solution that I thought would work apparently does not. Would you please let me know if you were successful in having someone fix your issue or tell you who to call? I am frustrated and it is only 10:30 in the morning.

I am replying to my own message. I am so frustrated and will try to send a private message to someone at HP on this thread for help. As I said, I cam in Monday morning and found the message. I turned it off / on and it was good the rest of the day. I don't recall yesterday, but I think it was OK. Today however, all good until early afternoon. I was doing a bunch of printing, and it worked fine -- then got the message 3 times in a very short period of time. There is clearly something going on.
