Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 will not print in color
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have had a Mac and an Officejet Pro 8710 printer for over 3 years and have not encountered any issues, but now I cannot print in color. I have not altered anything on the computer on the printer, but for some reason it will not print in color. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in without success. I have aligned and cleaned the print heads multiple times and still cannot get color results. If there is anyone who can assist, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Manually cleaning the printhead may resolve the issue, instructions on how to manually clean a removable printhead can be found here.
