My HP 8710 will not copy or print. Yesterday I printed several documents with no problem, then later in the day I couldn't print. On my computer it says the job is done, but the job does not disappear from the printing window on my computer. On the printer screen, the top 1/5 of the screen, flashes grey and green. I deleted the job and tried to make a copy. At first, the printer said there was a current job. I went through the menu on the printer and deleted the job. I tried to copy again, and it will act like it is starting, but the printer screen has an arrow that just goes in circles and it never does anything. I have tried the semi full reset, as well as unplugging, as well as firmware upgrades. The printer should copy as a stand alone and it will not even do that. When I did do the full reset the printer was able to make a great test page, but after I entered all of the setup info, it went right back to where it was. Helpppppp!!
I just tried another full reset. After entering the date, router info, and everything else to set it up, it immediately started flashing grey and green on the top part of the screen. I clicked on the top where it was flashing and it went to the arrow turning in circles and said "printing." The printer thinks it is printing something that is NOT there.
