I have 2 printers, one a wireless HP OfficeJet Pro 8715, and the other a Samsung ML1660. I had the Samsung printer with my old windows 7 computer, and when I got a new Windows 10 computer, my neighbor convinced me to get the 8715, as they had it and it worked great for them. When I set up both printers to the new computer, the 1660 stopped working unless I messed around with it a bunch, and the wireless 8715 would work great. Now, after about a month, I'm frequently having trouble with the 8715 connecting to the wifi. The printer says the wifi is connecting, and when I print out the status sheet it says PASS, but when I print my computer tells me it is offline. I went back to using the 1660, and now that one stopped working as well. This has been happening this last week, and now for the last 3 days, I've restarted both of them about 6 times each, and tried reconnecting to the wifi, and nothing happens. I tried finding solutions online, and the only thing it seems to say I need to try that I haven't is restart my wifi router, which if I do takes a few days to adjust back to normal. I'm getting frustrated as nothing is printing. What do I do now?

Hi @NoreenS
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print from your PC wirelessly. I'd be happy to assist you.
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the PC should be on the 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
You may tap on the wireless icon on the printer to check the network it is connected to.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
