I don't know if I got scammed by Staples or HP but I just purchased this printer 2 weeks ago along with the HP ink that cost over $125 and I have not been able to print a single page. I went through all of the trouble shooting, aligned the cartridges, cleaned the printer head countless times (oh and now it says I have low ink after doing all of the troubleshooting to no avail) and I still can't print out a word document without multiple lines being unreadable either because they are missing or have giant lines through them. Very disappointed in this purchase so far especially given all of the time and money I have wasted in following their recommended troubleshooting. I have been spending the last hour trying to find a customer service number to which I keep getting a virtual agent that does nothing...very frustrated.
