I can't even believe that I barely used this printer for a limited number of times and it broke down, when HP products  are known for their high quality and great design this was the worst choice in my life for a printer, the paper feed gear broke and to replace it I had to remove unbelievable amount of parts, and even after the little arm holding the copier when removing it and attaching it back a part of it broke, I can't even understand how these parts were designed in the first place, I spent hundreds of dollars for this device, I couldn't use it for too long period of time beside the subscription that I wasted for no good at all, and I wasn't able to work from home with such unreliable device, do we really need to be technicians to use you guys' printers!?
