HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My OfficeJet Pro 9015 has been showing a blue screen with code B305DFF9 or B805D8A0 on the screen for the last month or so. When this happens, the power button will not shut the printer down, I have to unplug the power cord and reset the printer then plug it back in.  The printer works fine for a little while after the reset, but then the blue screen and code returns.

The HP Print and Scan Doctor has not been able to solve the issue.

Could you please help?

@TheeJenkins, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error.

For now, on the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to select Setup

Touch Tools, touch  Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

If this does not help, let us perform a semi-full reset

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
