HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

Nearly a month ago my printer suddenly started showing a green screen with 12345 in the middle. The printer does not work, will not reset, will not print and the printer head is stuck to the right of the carriage beyond the opening. After nearly 3 hours on the phone with a customer service rep, during which I explained in detail and provided all kinds of pictures advising her that I could NOT remove the printer head. So what happened, she relented and sent a replacement unit that required that I extract the printer head from the old unit and add it to the replacement unit! Now, I cannot even locate a freaking phone number to speak with anyone to explain this situation. Can someone post a phone number that I can use to speak with any kind of HP support rep? Because to add insult to injury, I was told that I only had 3 days to return the replaced printer.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
