Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is showing blue screen with error code B80B746C and have reset printer numerous times the perfered way. Printer panel screen comes up and then goes immediately to the error code again. Please advise and provide a possible COA for this issue.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I am having the same error. When I plug my printer in it makes a noise it didn't before and when I try to print it gives me this same error code.
