Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My printer stops working with the error B305ED09.

I can only power it off by pulling the plug. 

The error appears since some time, but in the last days it is appearing more often.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting B305ED09 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
