Can you please advise how to fix my printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series printer as it shows the blue screen as well as error message 83C0000B. Well and truly bricked since last month. 

Have tried resetting it as per recommendations but this has not fixed the issue. 

Any assistance or advice on how to fix?
