HP OfficeJet Pro 9020e All-in-One Printer

Hi there, my printer is offline with a blue screen and error code 83C0000B. I have read through other posts and tried the power drain reset but to no avail. I am using a Macbook and running macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a).

Can someone send me instructions to perform a semi-full reset please? Many thanks.

For anyone in Australia playing along at home I spoke to HP Australia by phone this morning [CONTENT REMOVED] - replacement printer being sent to me directly from HP. Will take up to 5 working days but thankfully we now have a solution (i.e. the failed firmware update cannot be fixed).

@Bob_Headrick I needed to contact HP Australia again last week as my said replacement printer hadn't arrived. Over the phone was told it had never shipped as they do not have stock of my model available (didn't tell me that at the time the previous week, told me the opposite in fact). Am now (apparently) being sent a different model, cheaper than the one I've purchased but as they couldn't tell me when I'd have a replacement available and I desperately need a replacement this is the best solution offered.

That's the biggest disappointment in all of this - repeatedly needing to contact HP as they don't seem to care for their customers at all.

I will mark this as complete when complete but not holding my breath that I'll ever get my replacement printer at this point.

I will ask to have your case escalated.

I moved your reply from the other thread to this one, as the escalation process in the forum here has issues with multiple people in a thread having issues escalated.

@Bob_Headrick I last spoke to HP Australia on 26 May 2023 - was told it was being sent - that's two weeks ago tomorrow and still nothing received. Have been interstate for work - that's the most disappointing issue in all of this - repeated phone calls by me to HP to only be told things that aren't happening. Beyond frustrating and don't have time to regularly waste on an issue I had nothing to do with creating. Any escalation you can help me with would be greatly appreciated.

I have asked (again) to have your case escalated.  HP needs to resolve this issue for you (and many others).
