I have had my HP OfficeJetPro 8130e series, which is an 8134e since June and I cannot actually get it to print - as you can tell I don't do a lot of printing, but when I do need to print it just won't.

 

I have tried setting it up and updating the firmware and sending test prints, then I lose the will to live and just give up and then some weeks later I try again - so I am trying again now and it tells me "we're sorry something went wrong" we're having a technical issue with the setup session - Exit set up and try again...........

 

So several hours of fun later It still will not print - what is the point of having all of this tech when it won't work and you cannot speak to someone about it?

I clearly don't know how asking the "community" is supposed to help, but I was hoping that one of the moderators would advise me what to do next - but so far, nothing.

 

So I still have a printer that will not print.................
