Product: HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer - L411a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer connected to my computer without any issues. I printed one document and it gave me the first page but then it stopped printing and ALL OF THE LIGHTS started flashing, including the Bluetooth light. According to the owners manual for this device that I found online, that is not one of the possible error combinations. I have tried everything…all possible combinations of pressing and holding buttons for varied lengths of time, I’ve tried replacing the ink cartridges, I’ve unplugged it and removed the battery pack to fully reset it. Each time I turn it back on, the lights start flashing again. While this device is out of warranty, it has been very gently used and properly cared for. Being a teacher, I’m on a very tight budget and cannot afford to purchase a new printer right now. Please help me fix this! 
and please don’t tell me to unplug it and wait 60 seconds then plug it back in…that DOESNT WORK. I’ve tried.
