Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer has been working well, however, of late the touch screen is not responding to touch. Any time the printer displays a message with an ok, the screen does not respond to my touch, on "ok" around it, with dry or moistened finger. 

Anytime such message popes-up, like "please add paper" "ok" I have to restart the printer to clear that message then  re-send the print job.

Other thatn that, the printer works well.

Request you to update printer firmware. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
