You posted on Jan 6, HP answered you on Jan 17.  That is 11 days, which is less than 2 weeks, not almost 3 weeks. Math is a wonderful tool.

At least on this forum the employees care enough to answer the questions, most forums you never see an employee.

I purchased a netgear modem/router CG3000DV2.

Nothing connects. I have an HP4620 which previously connected easily using dlink. The Netgear is a pain.  How can I connect the wireless HP4620  to the netgear?  I have used the CD,  hard wired, but it always fails.
