The printer just stopped printing.  The cartridges were replaced, followed the troubleshooting guide and nothing is working, the cleaning printhead test didn't work either.

Is there anyone who had had the same issue and could solve it???

Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem

I have my three colour cartridges which are printing but the black cartridge which I just purchased is not printing. There is just no print coming through at all. Can anyone make a suggestion about the problem? Thanks

Have you tried cleaning the printheads?

did all suggestions provided . print test page looks fine except for black. ink levels all look good per HP. test page prints good on colors but black is non existent. test page prints with colors but when i try to print from my desktop or hand insert a page to be copied ,they all come out blank. worked fine yesterday.
